Training manual
This manual teaches the platform two ways at once: the clicks, and the intended design behind them. Every workflow starts with why it exists before it tells you what to press, because most support questions here turn out to be design questions in disguise.
Read it by who you are — each persona page lists the workflows that are your job, and separately the ones where someone else owns the job and you have a specific part to play. Or browse by area to run a training session across personas.
