Run of show

Times are entered and shown in America/Los_Angeles (PDT). Say when the night ends and how long each part takes — the platform works the schedule out backwards.

Run of show

Answer the questions above and your run of show appears here.

All slot times are UTC (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ). Filling these in switches off the guided builder above.

3 · Production & what you need from us

This is a message to our team, not part of the contract. If something here needs to be agreed in writing, a manager will write it up as a clause and send it back to you to accept.

    Event features

Each box below is backed by contract language the venue has already approved. Read what it commits you to before you tick it.

    Commercial terms

You receive the agreed royalty percentage of gross ticket revenue, computed on the face price per admission and settled with the final event statement within 7 business days, net of refunds and fees.

    Production & licensing

The venue's sound and stage infrastructure is used for your live performance. All rigging, backline and stage plots must be approved by the production manager at least 7 days before the event, and the venue's engineer keeps final authority over levels.

The venue's licensed staff serve all alcohol. You fund one certified security staffer per 75 guests and ID checks at every entrance, and you carry any liquor-licence violation caused by your guests.

You fund one certified security staffer per 75 guests, briefed by the venue's head of security before doors.

Programming runs past midnight. You pay venue staff overtime at 1.5x after 00:00 and accept responsibility for the municipal noise ordinance, including the 02:00 outdoor sound cutoff.

Rigging is inspected and signed off by the venue's production manager, a spotter is rostered for every aerialist, and your insurance certificate must name the venue.

    Who is playing?

Billed names as they should appear. Pick the artist's account where one exists — payouts go to an account, and the event cannot be scheduled without one — or invite them by email and we create it. They'll be asked to confirm the booking.

    5 · Attachments — flyer / poster / artist image

Upload a flyer, poster or artist image.

It seeds the social campaign — the marketing module publishes it as the post artwork on Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and Discord. Without art we announce your event as plain text. A shot of the artists works just as well. Accepted here: gif, jpeg, jpg, png.
